Well I figure out how to get photo bucket tags into my posts and into my template. Just like the background you choose edit layout, then add gadget, add html, then paste the code into box and save, when you want it in your actual post click the Tab edit html at the top of the posting box and copy the code there, but be sure to go back to the regular tag when entering regular test.
